Energy can stagnate in your body after experiencing emotional pain and physical injuries. These energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki can also help with mood, sleep, stress, anxiety, and depression. Touch is not necessary for the effective movement of energy. Improving the flow of energy around the body, creates relaxation, speeds healing and reduces symptoms of illness and discomfort. Mayra also incorporates her Light Language Channeling technique during the Reiki session to facilitate activation codes, sacred geometry and cellular healing.
